Being a salesman is not my strongsuit, nor is it my passion. While I could insert a fluffy statement about how Play House approaches design solutions, most people don’t actually talk designer-speak.
My actual hope is this website shows a no-BS range of skills and styles that emphasize professional, joyful, and vibrant design. With over 15 years behind a desk, I understand each individual project requires careful consideration, meets your goals, and uses hard-earned skill (go to hell, AI).
Bringing your vision to life is my favorite part of the job. Working collaboratively, sharing a mutual understanding of one another’s hard work, and delivering something you love is my handshake promise to you.

All branding projects go through discovery to an extent—we’ll discover different brand moods and align on the project, design exploration phases tailored to individual budgets, and fine-tuning before a brand package and assets are delivered in a convenient package.

Merch design is so fun the following reasons:
1) It allows me to marry my extraneous art influences—folk and outsider art, drool-worthy typography, and punk flyers + gig posters—with commercial artwork.2) It allows brands to grow outside of their standard brand guidelines; merch allows businesses to get a lil’ freaky and outside the box. At the end of the day, we just need to sell your inventory of fun stuff!
